ML inference of continuous myoblast differentiation state transitions preprint @bioRxiv!

We describe a novel computational approach that leverages live cell imaging and machine learning to systematically measure single-cell continuous state transitions, and demonstrate it to live imaged primary myoblasts isolated from mice that undergo differentiation and fusion to form multinucleated muscle fibers ex vivo.
