Intercellular communication communities paper published!

We identified an intermediate spatial scale of intercellular communication: recurrent transient communities (“hotspots”) that form over the course of Drosophila tissue development!


This was a joint project with Guy Tanentzapf's lab (University of British Columbia), co-led by Saar Ben David (BGU, computation) and Kevin Ho (WIS, experiments)
