Kobe Nunu

M.Sc. student

Kobe develops deep learning methods for the alignment and integration of multimodal spatial omics. His research focuses on generating spatial transcriptomics and imaging mass cytometry aware H&E embeddings to investigate the spatial organization of the tumor microenvironment in triple-negative breast cancer. Kobe received her B.Sc. in Computer Science with specialization in Bioinformatics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
